What is Digitease Gateway?
Digitease Gateway is a registered payment aggregator under SECP, working in collaboration with EMI Licensed Companies approved by the State Bank of Pakistan. We facilitate seamless online payments between customers, merchants, and government bodies.
Is Digitease Gateway a bank?
No. We are not a bank. We are a payment aggregator that partners with EMI-licensed institutions and commercial banks in Pakistan to process and route payments securely.
What types of transactions can I make using Digitease?
You can make the following types of transactions through our platform:
Government levy payments
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) transactions
E2E (End-to-End) merchant payments
Bill payments and digital services (via EMI partners)
How do I know if my transaction was successful?
Once your transaction is completed, you will receive an instant confirmation via email or SMS (if applicable). You can also verify the transaction by contacting your bank or checking your transaction history in the respective EMI portal.
What should I do if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?
Don’t worry — if your payment fails and the amount is still deducted:
Take a screenshot of the transaction.
Note your Transaction ID, Date, and Amount.

We’ll coordinate with the relevant bank or EMI partner to investigate and initiate a refund (if applicable).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the processing time of the financial institution involved. You’ll be notified as soon as the refund is initiated.
Can I cancel a transaction after it's submitted?
No. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled due to the nature of digital financial services. Please double-check all information before submitting your transaction.
Is my data secure with Digitease Gateway?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, secure servers, and follow bank-level security protocols. Your data is never shared or sold to third parties.
