At Digitease Gateway, we are committed to delivering secure, seamless, and transparent financial transaction services. As a registered payment aggregator operating in partnership with EMI Licensed Companies and all major commercial banks in Pakistan, we value your trust and satisfaction. 🔁 Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital financial services and transaction processing, refunds are only issued in specific cases where:

• A duplicate transaction was processed in error
• A transaction failed, but the amount was still deducted
• A government levy payment was charged incorrectly
• The request is raised within 3 business days of the transaction

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the issuing financial institution and our EMI/licensed partners.

❌ Non-Refundable Transactions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Successful transactions correctly processed
• Delays caused by third-party banking systems
• Transactions initiated with incorrect recipient/account information
• Charges related to service or processing fees
• Government levy payments once accepted by the relevant authority
  

📩 Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

1. Email us at info@digiteasegateway.com or call +92 051 6132523
2. Provide the Transaction ID, amount, date, bank name, and a brief reason for the request
3. Attach any relevant proof such as bank screenshots or error messages
4. Your case will be reviewed by our compliance and operations team within 5–7 business days

After investigation, we will update you on the status. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment channel.

💳 Refund Timelines

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or EMI partner’s processing policy. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated from our side.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

As a transaction-based service, once a payment is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled.
We strongly recommend verifying all payment details before submission.
